We spent the weekend in Nueva Ecija to celebrate Zoe’s 5th birthday, and it turned out to be one of the most peaceful, heartwarming trips I’ve had so far.

Four hours on the road led us to Vicente’s Log Cabin — surrounded by mountains, fresh air, and that kind of calm you rarely find in the city. From cooking together, sharing food, and laughing all night, to waking up to the most breathtaking sunrise... everything about this weekend felt so simple yet so special. 🤍
