There is one scene at 46:42 that is very important when it comes to your ending. Everything else changes your path, but does not affect your ending.
If you choose to not fight the thugs, you will then go to the hospital which gives you a shot at four possible endings (The Ploy, The Fool, The Lions Den, and Coward). You have the chance to see The Lions Den and Coward while getting other endings but will need to trigger these two paths in order to get all the endings for the platinum. As long as you exit before the credits roll, you will have unlocked the ending, so you can just get those two out of the way while doing this one or "The Fool" if you like.
If you fight the thugs, or don't jump on the truck, you will then have the chance to get either "The Bribe", "The Frenzy" or "The Delivery" endings.
