JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive the sales of EOT cranes and related services across industrial sectors. The ideal candidate should have a technical background and strong sales acumen to understand customer requirements, provide solutions, and close deals effectively. This role involves generating new business, managing key accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction aligned with ADRtek India Pvt Ltd’s values.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales & Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for EOT cranes, services, AMC, load testing, and inspections.
• Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Visit industries, manufacturing units, and construction sites to promote products and services.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals.

2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct follow-ups on proposals, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.

3. Technical Understanding & Coordination
• Understand crane specifications, applications, and customization based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for order execution.
• Assist in site visits, technical surveys, and solution designing.

4. Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Maintain sales records, customer data, and project pipelines.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Keep track of competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.

5. After-Sales Support
• Ensure smooth handover to service teams for installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Support in resolving client issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
