Travel Walker Vlog (Hong Kong) - Tsim Sha Tsui (Walkdown to TST promenade from TST station)

Описание: Night time walkabout from Tsim Sha Tsui station to the TST promenade to take in the Hong Kong Skyline. Started around 10pm and it was still somewhat busy at the promenade. It was really humid and foggy so my camera got a little blurry with condensation on the lens. Apologies.

Advice:

Chungking Mansions is home to a lot of hostels and guesthouses. Expect long lineups to get to your floor as there are a few elevators (lifts). Ground floor is packed with electronic shops, foreign exchange stalls, and food shops catering Indian fast food. I would only use these places as a matter of convenience if you are staying here. Eat here at your own risk. I ate chicken curry when I was walking around there because I was curious. Food wasnt the greatest. There are plenty of better restaurants in the area. To be honest, in terms of electronics, you can go to Sham Shui Po (ie. Golden Computer Arcade) for better deals or go to Fortress Electronics (presumably more expensive but less chance of being ripped off in terms of quality of product. There are entrances to the building that pass by alleyways where there are possible shady deals going on. Use the main entrance off of Nathan Road which is, at least, well lit and lots of people hanging about the front.
