1/4 tsp tumeric powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 salt
enough oil for shallow fry
1 big onion
1cm ginger
4 cloves garlic
2 small tomatoes
5 tbsp oil
3 sprigs curry leaves
2 tbsp rounded fish curry powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp cumin powder
2 cups water ( or more if needed)
3 tbsp coconut milk powder mix with 1/2 cup of hot water
salt 1 tsp
mushroom seasoning 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves 1/2 cup
