In this video I install the front timing cover and then the harmonic balancer with a custom tool I made. Other videos showed the balancer being installed with a hammer but I DO NOT use hammers to install anything (except for tapping seals in place). The tool was a success however it bent pretty bad. I’m going to straighten it and then weld an angle to it to give it more bending strength. All in all I’m happy and it did the job!!
