java-library-template 4/7: Javadoc deployed via GitHub Pages

Описание: In part 4 of the 'thriving-dev/java-library-template' walkthrough GitHub Pages are configured to deploy from branch 'gh-pages'. This branch is automatically created & maintained by the CI/CD pipeline.

The versioned Javadoc is published on every push to the main branch as well as for releases (pushed tags).
