Sky News contributor Sophie Elsworth discusses revelations that former British top cop Dai Davies had been calling for a formal investigation into Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor for years.
“He said to me that basically Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is guilty ten times over in the court of public opinion,” she told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
“This is awfully shaky ground for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, and whether charges are laid against him and Lord Mandelson, we can only wait and see.”
The former Duke of York is under investigation on suspicion of misconduct in public office and has denied any wrongdoing.
