On June 1st, 2023, my friend Nathan and I decided to kick off World Roller Coaster Appreciation Month by heading to one of our all-time favorite parks, Holiday World! We got to hop back on the park's small but mighty collection of roller coasters, try out some flat rides, and just enjoy the experience the atmosphere of one of the most charming and best-maintained parks in America! The highlight of the day was certainly The Voyage, an absolutely INCREDIBLE wood coaster experience unlike any other; after another large bit of track work this off-season, Voyage is running better than it ever has before.
Additionally, it does appear that Holiday World is starting construction on a new project, hopefully a roller coaster, for 2024. . .
