Winter weather cooled down Florida this week but that didn’t stop us from having a great week here as we continue our 2022 winter trip here. We visit two great Florida State Parks this week, both new to us. First it’s Lake Griffin State Park where we met up with a few subscribers, saw the second biggest live oak tree in Florida and prepared one of our best yet Griddle-Me-This meals. Then it was on to what may now be one of our favorite Florida State Parks… Rodman! Wow! What a jewel and we were so lucky! We got a last minute cancellation for a waterfront site and it was beautiful.
