1. Clean your Kettlebells up by wrapping your hand around the handle with your palms out and bring them up to shoulder height.
2. Brace your core and punch your arm vertically keeping your wrist straight and drive fully, extending your elbow as much as you can, until your whole arm is vertical over your shoulder, bicep to ear. Be sure to prevent your back from extending and your torso leaning back.
3. Return the kettlebells to your shoulder under control.
