Episode 3 of The London Detour
So here we are 7 days to go till the London marathon!
Join me for my last key workout in Vilamoura as I put the final hard work touches into my first Marathon block. The session was a 30km ‘Race’ simulation trying to emulate as many of the conditions & nutrition as possible- this proves challenging as you will see in the video!!- to maximise my feeling of preparedness on the start line come the 27th April.
