3H01 Incident: 02:05:46 (S368 & S375)

If I wanted 3H01 to pass S368 then I needed to turn S375 & L009 to danger, but I forgot to turn S375 to danger, and 2K01 passed that signal at that time and turned S368 to danger which 3H01 had TPWS (Train Protection Warning System)

If I wanted 2K01 to pass then I would hold 3H01 at S368 and give 2K01 Proceed and turn L005 & S368 & L006 to danger.

The train 2K01 had priority over 3H01 and I should have given that.
