In Q1, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise posted profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 489 crore for the first quarter ended June 30. The healthcare major had reported a net loss of Rs 208 crore in the April-June quarter of 2020-21. Its consolidated revenues for the June 2021 quarter stood at Rs 3,760 crore as compared with Rs 2,171 crore in the Q1 of the previous fiscal. Speaking to ET NOW, Suneeta Reddy, Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals Group said, “COVID treatment contributed 26% to Q1FY22 revenue. We expect most of vaccination revenue to be captured in end of September with second dose. We spent Rs 37 cr in Apollo 24/7 this quarter and have budgeted for Rs 150 cr for the year.” Watch to know more.
