Welcome to Week 12 of the 12 Weeks to Stronger Bones Challenge 💙
This is your final week and a moment to pause and recognise just how far you’ve come.
Over the last 12 weeks, you’ve built strength, balance, coordination, posture, and confidence step by step.
This week brings everything together in SPICE 2.0, a full-body session made up of progressions from the movements you first met in Week 1.
Nothing here is random.
Every exercise reflects growth, understanding, and confidence.
🌟 What’s inside Week 12: SPICE 2.0
This class includes progressive versions of your foundations:
1️⃣ Squats (Strength)
Progressed with weights to build strong legs and hips.
2️⃣ Knee Floats (Core)
Moving from preparation to plank prep and full version, developing deep core support without gripping.
3️⃣ Heel Drops → Rebounds and full jumps
From gentle loading to full jumps to support bone stimulus and confidence with impact.
4️⃣ Single-Leg Hip Hinges (Equilibrium)
Combining balance, strength, and coordination, just like real life.
5️⃣ Swimming Prep (Posture)
Strengthening the back body and postural muscles with control and ease.
This is SPICE as a system, working together.
