Below is how I made this recipie but I will be changing it in another video. I think there is some improvement to be made.

1 Pound ground chicken
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
Put above in a bowl and mix together well
Place in fridge for an hour
Shape how you would like your sausage
Place in fridge for another hour
Cook in a skillet with a little vegetable oil to internal temp of 165 degrees
Let cool and enjoy!
