How Putin plans to get more soldiers for future WARS?

Описание: Putin has lost a lot of soldiers in the war against Ukraine. What’s more important is that he doesn't have enough young men aged 20-23 to fight in the war. Soviets used to use enormous amounts of young soldiers as cannon fodder and win eventually only because of the population. However, Putin nowadays is trying to implement Soviet tactics with the resources he doesn’t have. Putin has 4 times less young men to fight this war than let’s say Stalin before WW2. This is why Putin started to solve this issue by making laws to increase birth rates. In this video I will explain Putin’s plan on bringing a new generation of soldiers to wage wars against other countries.
