Oats — 40 g
Water — 150 ml, warm (~60 °C)
Butter — 1 tsp (~2–3 g)
Raisins — 1 handful (~10–15 g), soaked 2–3 minutes
Almond powder — 1–2 tsp (~5 g)
Shredded coconut — 1 tsp
Milk — 200 ml, warm (~40–50 °C)
Cocoa — 1 tsp
Strawberry jelly — 1 serving (prepared)
How to Make
Fuel your pre-run 90-minute walk with this delicious, energizing breakfast! 🌿
Step-by-step:
Pour 150 ml of warm water (~60 °C) over 40 g of oats and cover for 3–5 minutes.
Stir in 1 tsp butter while the oats are still warm.
Add soaked raisins, almond powder, and shredded coconut on top.
Heat 200 ml of milk to ~40–50 °C and stir in 1 tsp cocoa.
