Ingredients
Sugar- 6 tblspn
Water- 1/3 cup

Method

To prepare caramel
-In a pan, add sugar and water and stir untill sugar dissolves.
Caramelize the sugar by heating on medium flame
Once sugar dissolves stop stirring, you need to just swirl the pan.
Don't make it to too dark as it will taste bitter.

To prepare Dome
Apply cooking oil on back of bowl or any mould you prefer
Dip the spoon in caramel and start making zig zig lines vertically then horizontally.
Immediately release the cage from the mould.
