Acadia!!! You join us in the National Park area where we undertake Precipice Loop Trail. At just under 2.5 miles round trip, this hike is deceivingly short. In reality, the trail climbs over 900 feet in a very short distance. Get ready to climb! We had a stupendous--if not nerve-racking--time scrambling over boulders and climbing on metal rungs protruding from the cliff-face. We faced high winds the duration of the day which added to the already looming element of danger. Enjoy watching us ascend the sketchy trail and make sure to watch Part 2 where we summit as well as descend an alternate route!
