A: I don't know; I licensed the recording from NEOSounds; they only said that it was a well-known Eastern European orchestra.
Q: What do the shapes and colors mean?
A: The red circles connected by lines are the solo violin; the brass are yellowish "auras" (with a hollow center); the winds are green/brown ellipses; the strings are rhombi (hollow for pizzicato); the timpani are grey rectangles.
