Masoor Dal or Beetroot Chilla Stuff Paneer Bina Koi Masala Ke
Masoor dal or beetroot chilla batter
chopped onion
chopped tomato
chopped capsicum
1 cup paneer, crumbled
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Salt, to taste
Oil or ghee, for greasing
Vidhi:
Masoor dal ko 4-5 hours ke liye bhigoyein. Bhigoye dal ko grind karen aur smooth batter banayein. beetroot ko bhi grind kar len
1. dono ko mix kr ke Chilla batter तैयार karen:*
salt add kr Masoor dal or beetroot chilla batter तैयार karen
2. Paneer mixture तैयार karen: Crumbled paneer, chopped coriander leaves, aur salt ko mix karen.
3. Chilla sekhen: Non-stick pan ko oil ya ghee se grease karen. Ladleful batter dalkar thin chilla sekhen.
4. Paneer stuff karen: Chilla के बीच में paneer mixture रखen aur chilla को fold karen.
5. Serve karen: Chilla ko hot-hot serve karen chutney, raita, ya sauce के साथ.
Tips:
Paneer को crumbled करने के बजाय grated भी use kar sakte hain.
Chilla को crispy बनाने के लिए pan ko अच्छी तरह से गरम करें और कम आंच पर सेकें.
