Black Eyed Peas Curry – Instant Pot Version 🌶️🍲
Into the Instant Pot add:
• 3 tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 2 green chilies
• 4 garlic pods
• Overnight-soaked, dry-roasted black-eyed peas
• Water as needed
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 2 tsp coriander powder
.1tsp kitchen king Masala
• Salt
• 1 spoon oil
• One lemon size tamarind juice
Pressure cook on High for 18 minutes.
For tempering:
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida, chopped onion & curry leaves.
Pour this tadka over the cooked curry and mix well.
Comforting, delicious & ready to serve! 🤎✨
Air Fryer Pavakkai / Bitter gourd Chips 🤎🍃
Add chopped bitter gourd to a bowl and mix in:
• 2 tbsp rice flour
• 1 tbsp besan
• Garlic pepper powder
• Turmeric
• Chili powder
• Salt
• A squeeze of lemon juice
Coat the pavakkai pieces really well and let them marinate.
Air fry until crispy and golden.
Healthy, crunchy bitter gourd chips ready!
