Story on the future of Electric Vehicles under the Trump Administration who has promised to cut the $7,500 Federal Tax Rebate that many manufacturers including legacy companies like Ford and GM rely on. Also, the state of California has worked under an exemption allowing it to make it's on EPA emission standards, where Governor Newsom has pledged getting rid of gas powered vehicles by 2035 - that exemption will more than likely getting pulled by Trump once in in office.
