With the interior gutted, it was time to install the seat. I decided to go with BK auto mounts which allow the stock OEM power sliders to be used along with a race seat. I also went with a Recaro SPG XL seat which I like a lot but unfortunately found out there's a recall on them. Recaro said they will be coming out with a replacement model in October 2022 so I will be fitting this seat in the car in the meantime.

BK auto mounting hardware used:
R-9280 and R-9281. Use the R-9280 brackets on the tunnel side and R-9281 bracket on the outside so the seat can be centered to the steering wheel

Sub strap mount: R-9258.
Lap belt mount (driver/passenger): R-9289 & R-9288
