Mindset Makers is the brain child of Upendra Sir as to address issues in coaching fields in his own ways. This platform has a wide team of Alumni from IITs, NITs, BHU, JNU and Other Central Universities. The important feature is ‘Individual Mentoring’. It provides better opportunity for students to talk to their teachers, to discuss with their seniors from above Institutions regularly.

Upendra Sir has completed his Degree, Master’s and Research from IIT Delhi, 2011 Batch. He has started passionate teaching as the career for himself since the year 2013 itself. It was always fascinating for him to become a Guide for students aspiring their future in Higher Studies. As he himself done very well in IIT JAM examination, so started his teaching career from there only. He has guided students for IIT JAM, TIFR, NBHM, CMI, NET-JRF, GATE and other MSc entrances in Mathematical Sciences. As Upendra Sir has gone through various highly competitive examinations as a student-guide and he continuously worked on “Right Way To Prepare”.

His Teaching Methodologies are based on Systematic Learning and focused on the demand of Examination. Also as Mentor for UPSC since a long, he has inculcated skills to work on Individual Mentoring as his exceptional attribute. He is also part of Policy Making with Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and developed his own model of Governance. He has also helped students in their interviews through his Interview Guidance Program for Higher Studies. Due to his affection towards profession, many students found helpful ways to reach to their dream institutions.
