Overnight 28 km hike with a hammock and a comfy evening with a campfire in forest near Helsinki, Finland.
During the plague (covid-19) Varusteleka organized a virtual event called Remote Military March against logic on April 2020. Or maybe the military calendar is different. The plot was to march your own route minimum 25 km with a backbag minimum 10 kg weight. Of course avoiding other people because of the pandemic. Extra twist getting if wearing camo and the toughest wearing a gas mask during the whole trip.
Our planned route started from Vuosaari and went through Sipoonkorpi national park to Sipoo and then back being 28 km in total and because we are lazy, it was an overnight trip.
