Cit Shakti Prakriya Pranayama is a breathing technique used in some forms of yoga. The term "Cit Shakti" refers to the inner spiritual energy that resides within each person, and "Prakriya" means process or technique. Pranayama is a Sanskrit word that refers to the regulation of the breath.
This technique is said to help bring balance to the body, mind and emotions, increase mental clarity and enhance spiritual awareness
