Hey guys and girls it’s Nathan Birch from Binvested.com.au and I am here to talk to you today about how to build a property portfolio to replace your income. I will draw it on the white board, and you know why I am putting it on the white board, this should look serious.

So we are going to talk about, how to build a property portfolio using simple numbers and your foundation properties to get you out of the work force, two properties a day and have fun while doing it. If I am going to look at a standing point here of building a property portfolio let say 15 properties.

“I can see I got my pen license when I was in school”.

I5 properties here, with an average purchase price let say $200,000, so if you multiply 15 of them quick math, I was good at math in school then $200000 x 15 = $3,000,000.00. So what I got here is $3000000 that’s the property portfolio. So you all know exactly how many digits are in $3000000. If you purchase this portfolio you might be thinking how can I buy 15 properties for $200000 today, that’s probably good for another video. However, if you are buying properties that are below market value, I am assuming they are purchasing it for $200000. Let say for instance each company are purchasing property worth $250000 each, that means that equality to reproduce over the deal by another one for $200000.
