This is part 1 of a mini series called "How to live for the Glory of God"
About this time last year, I prayed a simple prayer: “Lord, let me live completely for your glory.” God definitely knew what he was doing, but I did not. I thought I would surely get kicked off the strongest soldiers list any second because I felt like I was losing all the battles. I mean, L after L, it felt like a practical joke, lol. Little did I know that God was growing me up to carry his glory. This year, I learned there is no glory without a process, so before the year ends, I want to share mine. God cares about your wholeness more than your comfort. THAT— you whole, flourishing, free, and in purpose— is what gives him glory. He’s doing something new. So, no matter how wild 2023 has been for you, the reason you’ve made it this far is for the glory of God. Here’s to living for that glory all 2024.
