Ingredients:
• Wheat flour – 2 cup
• Jaggery (gur) – 1 cup
• Water – ½ cup
• Grated coconut – 2 tbsp
• Fennel seeds (saunf) – 1 tsp
• Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
• Ghee or oil – for frying
Method:
1. Pehle ek pan mein water garam karo aur usme gur daal do. Gur melt hone do aur jab pura melt ho jaye toh gas band kar do.
2. Ab us gur wale water ko thoda thanda hone do.
3. Ek bowl mein wheat flour, grated coconut, saunf aur cardamom powder daal lo.
4. Ab dheere-dheere gur ka pani daal kar dough bana lo — na zyada tight, na zyada soft.
5. Dough ko thoda rest karne do 5-10 minute ke liye.
6. Ab chhote-chhote portions leke hath se thekua ka shape bana lo (jaise tikki jaisa ya mould se design kar lo).
7. Kadhai mein ghee ya oil garam karo aur medium flame par thekua fry karo jab tak dono side golden brown na ho jaye.
8. Jab fry ho jaye toh tissue paper par nikaal lo taaki extra oil soak ho jaye.
9. Thanda hone ke baad airtight box mein store kar lo — ye 10-12 din tak safe rehta hai.

Gur aur coconut ka flavour milke itna yummy lagta hai ki chai ke saath bas perfect combination ban jaata hai! ☕🍪
