HERE ARE THE RULES OF THE PROJECT:

1. For the year 2023, I'm traveling to 23 cities across the country, seeking rejection.

2. In each city, I have to get rejected one more time than the city before. So rejected once in city 1. Rejected twice in city 2. Rejected 13 times in city 13.

3. To win that city's challenge, I have to either hit the amount of rejections... or get one "yes."

4. Once I complete all 23 challenges, I'll be tasked with the "Ultimate Challenge" – which is a challenge that some successful YouTube friends of mine are surprising me with (keeping their identities a secret for now). For this one, I won't have a rejection quota anymore. But will have to keep going until I get a YES.

THE INSPIRATION OF THE PROJECT:

What would you accomplish if the fear of rejection wasn't in the way? A few years ago, I saw a TedTalk on the concept of "rejection therapy." And since then, I became obsessed with the idea of desensitizing myself to rejection -- to not let my fear of rejection keep me from living my most fulfilled version of life. So, I created this project: 23 Days of Rejection. Where I would purposefully go out and seek rejection for 23 days at the very start of 2023. But the catch is, I'll also be driving across America at the very same time. Editing videos on the road. And making a new video, in each new city, that I stumble upon. I hope you join in for the ride!
