The Secret of Samadhi
In this chapter on Samadhi Yoga, Gurudev describes about Bhava-samadhi and Bhavatīta-samadhi and techniques to attain them. Through samadhi yogi enters into a higher state of consciousness. There the yogi unites with the One True God. Mere practice of techniques will not bestow this supreme grace of samadhi-accomplishment and complete understanding of Brahman. It is possible only through the practice of techniques with extreme devotion.
