What's Helping Me Overcome Social Anxiety, High Dose TRT & Confidence

Описание: I wanted to make this video to talk about how i have been overcoming my social anxiety as well as what has been helping me along the way.

Social anxiety has ruled my life for the greater part of 2 years and to be quite frank it hinders how i live my life. Social Anxiety effects the decisions i make, who I spend my time with, and the relationships I build and keep.

Because of this making friends has been proven to be quite the challenge. Recently after getting injured i decided that I was going to read up as much as i could to try and see how i could go about fixing this issue because i for one know that this is not normal, it's not who i am, and i am too smart to just sit around and let this petty little issue effect me.

So i came across testosterone and TRT. I will start off by saying. yeah i think this in itself can actually fix or help fix social anxiety for a lot of peeps out there. I know for a fact it has significantly helped me.

But I will now say, it has been one heck of a roller coaster ride trying to dial everything in. Some days i feel excellent other days i do not, although still better than without TRT. Weeks go by and i don't even notice that i feel numb to everything, i make a change, and i realize how much better i feel.

What i have noticed so far is that TRT has helped improve both my confidence and how i interact with people. It has improved my relationship with my girlfriend, my family, and my friends. And I know that once i get dialed in that i will feel way better than I have been.
