Payment System

1.“Pay First Policy” for any kind of event management service.

2. Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre accepts its service charge/Fees by check/ bank transfer/Bank deposit/mobile financial service .Cash transaction with employee is not allowed for security purpose.

3. Service charge/Fees are non refundable for event management service.

4. Always pay in our Bank account .Bank account details will be provided. Don’t do any cash transaction with our employee/Marketing Executive/Sales Executive/ vendor etc.

5. Clients & Customers can do cash transaction only with the owner/Proprietor of Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre


Terms & Condition

1. Full advance Payment system .Pay & confirm your desired schedule time & date

2. We encourage our client to confirm booking at least two months prior the event. However client must confirm & book their desired event management services at least 30 days prior to the event


3. Schedule [Time & date] will be fixed after booking & confirmation .It is not possible to change it under any circumstances.

4. For event management services transport bill & staff daily allowances may be added. Outside Dhaka food & accommodation bill will be added.

5. Minimum catering service order has to be placed for 100 Person.

6. N.B – For matchmaking/marriage media service client Minimum catering service order has to be placed for 20 Person.
7. Catering Service menu is fully Customizable as per client requirement.
8. For small Event 100 to 500 person event planning /cost estimation & meeting fees 3500 Tk@ Our Office
9. For small event 100 to 500 person event planning /cost estimation & meeting fees Free@ Online Meeting
