The Public Service Commission questioned Baltimore Gas and Electric representatives about an increasing number of customer complaints. WBAL-TV 11 News Investigates reported in November that customers were unable to reach a human by phone when calling the utility company. The PSC heard long-term solutions, not immediate ones. The panel found BGE's presentation to be frustrating, disappointing and unsatisfactory.
