Recipe:
85 grams melted butter
93 grams brown sugar
93 grams white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
65 grams flour
50 grams cocoa
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk

Ganache:
100 grams milk chocolate
60 grams cream

1. Add the melted butter to a bowl, whisk in brown and white sugar until well incorporated.
2. Add the eggs and whisk until lighter in colour.
3. Sift in the dry ingredients.
4. Add milk and vanilla.
5. Add the batter to a lined 9x9 square dish and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
6. To make the ganache, heat up the cream and pour over the chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes then stir.
7. Spread ganache evenly over the cooled brownie and add candy coated chocolate sprinkles.
