The digital economy needs fair taxation

Описание: More and more business models depend on digital solutions and do not need to be physically present in the country in which they do business, which means that this rapidly growing part of the economy is excluded from paying its fair share of taxes.

At the Informal Ecofin meeting in Tallinn, Finance Ministers will discuss how to modernise the corporate income tax rules in a way that would take into account the new business models that use digital technology.
