Finally we look at the use of MET (Muscle energy technique) for the QUADS, this will give a superior QUAD STRETCH - much more effective than just a standard HIP STRETCH, QUAD STRETCH, THIGH STRETCH OR HIP FLEXOR STRETCH due to utilising the nervous systems ability to relax a muscle group such as the QUADS after an isometric contraction.
