I walked through the fire and hells of my mind: AIDS, a stroke, depression, aphasia, NDE's, losing loved ones and too many friends

This shattering only deepened my self-love and compassion.

I feel as a planet we are going through a world AIDS epidemic we label now as Covid.

This is analogous to myself living with, and through AIDS.

No one is excluded in this awakening and suffering reach.

I know we heal as one together, it is the only way.

So, let's drop the diversion and distraction and see each other as valuable and cherished.

We are love.
