USCIS recently announced that it will end the COVID-19 vaccine requirement for Green Card applicants!
Starting January 22, 2025, USCIS will no longer require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for adjustment of status applicants. That means:
1. No more Requests for Evidence (RFEs) for missing vaccine proof.
2. No denials due to lack of COVID-19 vaccination documentation.
3. Form I-693 (Medical Exam Form) no longer includes the requirement.
This is a major change that simplifies the green card process!
