At the end of November I made my way to Kyushu to visit the new Tomiyoshi Racing location, and to photograph Miyashita's FD for the upcoming book. This is a car that I've been trying to arrange to photograph for years now, but each instance ended up not working out for a variety of reasons. When the opportunity arose last month, I had to jump on it.
Check out the new shop (a former car dealership), a few of the customer projects, and a walk around of Mi's RX7. When we arrived, the brothers were finishing the final touches on their customers K20 Lotus; a new engine, paddle shifted sequential trans, and Motec ECU were some of the major changes for this season. Shimada's EVO was also present, having just had the engine overhauled.
