Consumers spending money more cautiously

Описание: A slew of retail reports suggest the effects of the weaker pound are filtering through to consumers, as price rises due to more expensive imports begin to hit home. Paul Martin, the UK Head of Retail at KPMG, says the first signs are becoming apparent that consumer spending is starting to slow. Tim Rycroft from the Food and Drink Federation says uncertainty ahead of the triggering of Article 50 isn't helping and his industry wants to see the government promote exports.
