What does the chip give the lens?
1. Your camera sees a manual lens with a chip, like a native lens from the Nikon company
2. You can use any mode of shooting your Nikon camera
So:
1. Install the lens into the camera, combining the red dot on the bayonet and the middle contact on the chip with a white dot on the camera.
2. Rotate the lens counterclockwise until it clicks.
3. The camera shows the aperture
4. Set the AF-S mode in the camera menu.
5. Select the shooting mode, for example, mode A - aperture priority
6. Select the aperture in the camera
7. Choose the same aperture value on the lens
8. Look into the viewfinder and select any focus point, for example, the central focus point
9. You can press the shutter release button fully or press it halfway
10. Look into the viewfinder of the camera and turn the focusing ring on the lens
11. When the subject is in focus, you will hear a confirmation sound, you will see a light confirmation at the selected focus point
12. The shutter of the camera will work and you will get a photo
With the help of a chip, you can shoot a reportage!
You can fully press the shutter release button and wait for the shooting subject to be in focus! As soon as the focus appears - the shutter of the camera will work and you will get a photo!
