Ride with us on Farm to Market (FM) 1314 in Porter, Texas, a suburb of Kingwood. We start our drive by turning right onto FM 1314 and it is not your typical two-lane Farm to Market Road. It is a four-lane road with a center turn lane – possible due to the population growth and business expansion in the area. The traffic is a little heavy and we will have a bit of a wait at the traffic lights on FM 1314 especially for Old Sorters Drive. We will pass by many restaurants and businesses along our way before encountering a very bad driver who thinks stop signs do not apply to them. A wreck is avoided by all involved and we end our drive at Texas Highway 59 (soon to be Interstate 69).
