Описание: The 4th Kazekage is a neutral beast and an anti-meta character in Storm Connections! His moveset lets him dominate over the opposition and gives him more priority than other characters in the roster. The thing that carries him the most are his attack strings. His neutral attack string has amazing range, which allows him to win in almost any scenario. During air battles he almost never loses an interaction, so never challenge him during this. Furthermore, his jutsus are also amazing and are multi-hitting too. This character is definitely a menace in Storm Connections and cannot be slept on!

The 4th Kazekage got two primary jutsus in his arsenal. The first one creates a cloud of golden dust that hovers over you and your opponent that rains down projectiles. On hit it causes the opponent to be staggered and you can confirm a dash or assist call after this. The start-up on this jutsu is pretty fast and it grants you invincibility frames too. This is a perfect thing since it allows you to counter the current meta and it is a great way to keep your opponent in a defensive position at close range. This move is also multi-hitting, so it is a great way to lock your opponent down. Be sure to frequently use switch tech whenever you use this, because the recovery frames on it are pretty long and it is easy to get punished during these frames.

The second jutsu sends out a cloud of golden dust that travels towards your opponent. On hit it rains down projectiles that causes your opponent to be in a staggered state. It is way easier to confirm a dash after this jutsu than the first one, because the recovery frames are much faster during this jutsu. Combine this jutsu with another ranged jutsu and you can keep your opponent in place whenever you want! Unfortunately this jutsu does not have any armor on it, so be sure to use it wisely.

Overall, this character is great and is definitely an anti-meta character in the current version of Storm Connections. Definitely check him out if you haven’t already!
