When you're in a rental property, who pays for purchasing and fixing appliances, the landlord or the tenant? In this video, I spell it out for you. As an investor, you need to know your responsibility. The only appliances that are required in a house is the stove and dishwasher if there is a space for one. Refrigerators depend. Some investors will charge lower rent and not cover appliances, so you have to decide what is right for you.
