Another short day hike, but one that showed a peaceful, less-traveled route with all the luscious greenery, gentle breezes and peace one would expect of the Smoky Mountains. It takes you away from all the campers walking up to tube the bottom stretch of Deep Creek and into the crenulations of the mountainside.
It is an adventure of a different sort! One where the excitement is of a more subtle nature, but very fulfilling, even so! I'd love for you to join me on this short hike.
