Alright we are back today with an oldie but a goodie! This is my long, long planned redo of my video on position training aka slave positions. I was never happy with how that one came out so here's my new (and hopefully YouTube friendly) version. So, what is position training? Where does it come from? Why do people do it, and how can you try it for yourself? We'll discuss all of that and more today as well as important modifications and how you can incorporate it into a long-term D/s structure.

PS) YouTube doesn't let me put in links to other channels these days, but I highly recommend Morgan Thorne's videos on the subject as well if you are looking for direct examples of how to perform the poses.
