In this video I will explain the science and basic principles behind energy reading - demystifying what if often considered an alternate practice.
Infact, many psychs read the energy of their patients without realising they are doing it - Indeed, we ALL read the energy of others on a daily basis. It is a fundamental instinct that the entire animal kingdom possesses.
I will then assess Chris Watts and explain the energy I interpret from him.
Everything in this universe is comprised of energy - we are no different.
Thoughts start the energy process - Emotions fuel it - and behaviour provides the motion and movement.
Emotions are are critical part of our energetic state.
